FRSVISION's systems installed in this project cover a wide range of features: POS stations, kitchen monitors, sticker printing with delivery information, nationwide call center and a head office with complete control over all operations.
The nationwide call center has an advanced CRM system that is able to identify the customer using caller ID technology (CTI and IVR). When an order is taken the relevant branch system automatically prints out the order and makes the delivery.
This system reduces labor cost, as the branch locations do not need to take orders, and shortens the delivery time.
