The ERP system was installed on IBM hardware from the actual point of sale in the stores throughout the country to the head office which manages the inventory and accounting
Using ADSL technology a VPN network was installed with a VOIP system that allows phone conversations without additional cost.
The C.R.M system holds tens of thousands active customers; all the information is shared giving all users the customer's and transactions history.
In addition an incentive application for physicians, was integrated into the system.
Overall the system with all its functions and applications allows complete control of all the complex operations a retail business requires.
